Absolutely, please send an email to WFRecords@aol.com with your contact name, venue, festival or event, and which artist you are inquiring about. Please reference in the heading of your email the name of the artist and “Booking.” We will make sure your email gets to the correct artist’s camp.
Does Wildflower Records accept fan mail on behalf of the WF Artists? You bet! To save a tree, the best way to send a note or a “hello” is via email WFRecords@aol.com. Please reference the name of the artist you are writing and “Greetings” in the header of the email. Wildflower will forward to your email to the requested artist.
Please note that most of our WF Artists have monthly and/or weekly tour blogs on their website or “myspace” to keep their friends appraised of what’s happening in their world. For immediate interaction with all of our WF Artists, we encourage you to join the artist’s “myspace” and chat with their “myspace” communities.
Does Wildflower Records accept unsolicited music materials? Unfortunately, Wildflower Records does not accept any unsolicited materials. All materials sent to the label will be returned and not listened to.
If you are a club or venue interested in hosting an evening of music by our Wildflower Artists and are looking for more information: Please send your contact information, venue, timeframe in an email inquiry headed “Wildflower Concert” to WFRecords@aol.com.

Please title your email with the artist name and “Press Inquiry” in the header. Please make sure to leave all of your pertinent contact information like name, phone number, email address, website, name of publication or show, etc.
